The Admiral sits between traditional boarding and compact studio living. Residents rent an individual bed space, but each room is designed as a self-contained two-person studio rather than a large shared sleeping area.
Each studio is intended for two residents and includes its own restroom and shower, refrigerator, one-burner cooktop, work space, and storage. The result is a boarding model that keeps the simplicity of individual bed rental while improving privacy and day-to-day function.
